Hall rental information

We have changed the way we rent the hall from an hourly rate to a full day rate. This change should allow more time for setup and teardown. Please make note of every section below.

Details on how to rent the hall are at the bottom of the page. This includes cost and reservation needs.

MEMBER PRICING

$250 per day

NON-MEMBER PRICING

$350 per day

CLEANING DEPOSIT

A $50 cleaning deposit is required to hold the date. This is separate from the hall deposit. This cleaning deposit will be returned to you if the hall is properly cleaned. We ask that you sweep the floors, clean off all tables, take out any and all garbage bins as well as bag up any cans and bottles.

KITCHEN USE $125

We have a commercial level kitchen and offer the use of the kitchen and appliances for use during events. The main kitchen is downstairs behind the bar area. There is a prep kitchen behind the hall that can be used at no extra cost. There are no appliances in this kitchen.

If you need to only use the warmers we can accommodate, but full use of the kitchen is an addition $125.
This gives you access to a gas dual oven with 6 burners and a flat top, 4 fryers with double baskets (one is separated to fish (seafood) only, no seafood can be placed in the other fryers), dual warmer with cook temp ability as well as a crisper for bread products.

There are more options if needed as well. If you need additional accommodations please call and ask.

BARTENDER $80

If you would like to have alcohol at your event, the only way to do this is to have a bartender on duty. We ask that you limit the bartender to a maximum of 4 hours for this price.

If you would like a particular beverage available please call and we can get you pricing.

RULES

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL CAN BE BROUGHT ONTO THE PREMESIS. THE ONLY ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY MUST BE PURCHASED FROM THE BAR !

Alcohol CANNOT be taken into the parking lot or off the premises. If the outdoor pavilion is open, alcohol is permitted ONLY INSIDE THE FENCED AREA.

Please make sure any and all children stay inside the venue or pavilion area, please do not let children run around the parking lot.

The bar area is for employees only. This includes all fridges and ice sinks.

If you need access to this are please get expressed permission first.

If you have requested to have a bartender, please make sure to keep the bar top cleared and free for bartender use. We have additional tables and chairs if you need more counter space.

CLEAN-UP RULES

You are responsible for clean-up. Please make sure to clean up the room as best as possible:

Sweep the floors
Clear all tables
Pick up and bag all Cans/Bottles
Bag and dispose of all trash
(dumpster available across parking lot with side load doors)
You do not need to take down any tables or chairs, we will take care of those.

Please notify a bartender when your event is finished so they can verify cleanup and lock all doors.

We will take care of setting up tables and chairs for you, just let us know how many you need.

HOW TO RENT THE HALL

If you call or stop in we will check the date and pencil in a reservation. Within a couple of days you will need to fill out reservation paperwork and make necessary deposits to officially hold the hall.

$50 Cleaning deposit and a hall deposit are required to officially hold the hall.
We ask that the $50 cleaning deposit be separate from the hall payment so we can hold it separately for you.

The hall must be paid in full before any setup can be started.
